HighSchoolSports.net Video crew at CWT

Today we had a very successful video shoot with the HighSchoolSports.net team.  HighSchoolSports.net is a division of USA Today and they will feature today's spot sometime in mid-July.  The spot was about high school athletes who cross train in various sport disciplines and how it affects their performance.  Today we had Bianca, a basketball point guard visit us at CWT today.  I ran her through a series exercises that gave her not only an idea of what WT is, but also to test her athletic abilities.  

It was a lot of fun and I can't wait to see the final product!  We will keep you posted when it comes out.
